Definitely squat proof ! It doesn’t slide down when I’m moving quick or working out. The only brand I will get. I love the quality and material so much !

i loved both and got many compliments in the gym! i"m usually a medium but i went with a large the only reason i'm giving 4 stars is because my red ombre shorts teared a little bit more on the glute scrunch area upon trying on for the first time but overall will definitely be ordering all the colors
